General Terms and Conditions
Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between Leaders Solutions AG and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
Offer, mandate order/contract
The procedure for processing a mandate is explained in the offer. The mandate agreement regulates the contractual partner and subject matter of the agreement, the legal position of the client, the legal position of the agent, fees and expenses, contact persons, validity of the agreement, payment conditions and applicable law. The mandate agreement also regulates Ancillary expenses, assumption of third-party costs, time limit of the mandate, possibility of revocation, safeguard clauses, provision of guarantee, exclusivity clause, if any.
Validity/modification of the contract
The contract becomes legally valid when signed by both parties. Any modifications must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
Leaders Solutions AG accepts no liability for damage of any kind caused by services rendered.
Data protection/application documents
Leaders Solutions AG undertakes to process orders with due care and discretion and to only pass on confidential company information to third parties with the consent of the customer. The customer undertakes to maintain confidentiality about the information and details provided to him. Reference information which the customer wishes to obtain directly requires consultation with Leaders Solutions AG. Documents provided may not be copied and must either be returned or destroyed within the scope of the legislation after consultation with Leaders Solutions AG.
Master data is entered and processed in the Leaders Solutions AG system.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
